INFO

Designed with the intent to bring prominence to the border of the venerable First Shaughnessy neighborhood, this traditional Maclure-esque mansion showcases structural authenticity through exposed beams and strong wood posts. Horizontal lines are emphasized by stucco accents in the façade, typical traits for the North American Craftsman style.

Layered planting towards the house creates seasonal interest and mature perimeter plantings achieve privacy, while columnar trees on both sides of the house, evergreen boxwood bands and a sprawling manicured lawn add formality. The built-in outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a stained wood pergola matching the colour theme of the house are a modern addition.
